How to Manage Global Partnerships: A Case Study
By Sarah Nord
We love it when clients use our no-code platform in creative ways. Mark Barak, general counsel at Aronson Security Group (ASG), is a prime example. He started using Onspring in 2016 to manage legal matters, but when a need arose for greater efficiency and visibility in the company’s partner relationships, Mark put the platform to work in new ways.
“The first thing I thought was, ‘I can build things in Onspring to take care of this.’ I had just a few months of experience with Onspring at that point, but I knew it was the right solution.”
ASG delivers security risk management services worldwide, and they’ve developed a Global Security Network of partners, which enables them to respond to client needs with expertise, technical skill and precise solutions. With so many moving pieces, ASG needed a better way to manage their:
- Partner repository
- Onboarding process
- Work orders
Mark started with the core apps in our Vendor Management solution and configured a few new apps of his own to address ASG’s requirements. He built in automation, messaging and reporting at each step of the process. And he didn’t need an army of developers or consultants to assist him; he did it on his own. (We love that!)
“I’ve almost never contacted support. The product is so intuitive that I’ve been able to figure things out myself.”
Since rolling out the solution, ASG has achieved impressive results in terms of coordination, visibility and efficiency.
“We used to have to investigate everything. Now, it’s maybe once every three months. We’ve saved hours upon hours with Onspring.”
