Unified Compliance Framework

Unified Compliance Framework aggregates authority documents into a collective whole, then aligns and harmonizes the mandates within a de-duplicated list of common controls. The language of those mandates gives the direction for implementing and auditing those common controls.

  • Reduces stress when preparing for audits

The Science of Compliance

In 2004, we recognized the overwhelming challenges of compliance, which led us to the idea of harmonized compliance. While the concept wasn’t entirely new, previous attempts lacked legal defensibility and adaptability. So we came up with a better way, a unified way. We collaborated with legal experts and adopted a scientific approach to deconstruct each authority document into individual mandates.

From there, we created a suite of rules essential for a legally defensible, unified compliance framework. This methodology ensured our framework was legally robust and easily maintainable. The Unified Compliance Framework® (UCF) suite empowers organizations to scope, define, and maintain compliance requirements with transparency and customization.
