Position: Professional Services Consultant

Onspring is seeking high-energy, intelligent, problem-solving software implementation consultants who want to be part of a high-growth company, based in Kansas City. The primary objective of the Professional Services Consultant will be to work with customers to determine their business needs and requirements and subsequently implement those requirements into an Onspring solution that meets their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance into how Onspring can be leveraged to solve customers’ business needs (i.e. what to do and what not to do)
  • Assist in implementation project planning and communicate if any deadlines / milestones are at risk
  • Develop in-depth, expert-level knowledge of the Onspring platform and its configuration options
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Onspring solutions (Audit Management, Risk Management, Vendor Management, etc.), industry trends and competition
  • Work in the Onspring CRM for all project activities and manage weekly status reporting on progress
  • Implement customers’ solution design in Onspring via its highly configurable functionality (no coding is required) utilizing industry best practices, complete with automated workflow and messaging, role-based reporting and access control
  • Test the solution against customer requirements (via User Acceptance Testing i.e. UAT) to ensure that the system is functioning as it was intended.
  • Potentially train customers on Onspring functionality from a system administrator and/or end-user perspective

Onspring is seeking energetic, self-motivated professionals who are looking to launch a career with a high-growth software company based in Kansas City.  The primary objective of the Renewal Specialist is to maintain and grow renewal revenue for our ever-expanding client base.  Renewal Specialists must be efficient and detail-oriented across a range of time-sensitive activities.  As a Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and managing client stakeholders, developing and strengthening relationships, identifying and mitigating potential renewal roadblocks, enhancing a smooth and positive renewal experience for clients, and interacting with internal teams (Sales, Client Success, Finance) to ensure value is being recognized from the client’s investment in our software platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client renewals end-to-end – including notifying clients of upcoming contract expiration, presenting renewal proposals and executing appropriate agreements
  • Identify and help mitigate roadblocks at an early stage
  • Ensure successful, on-time execution of renewal processes and contract execution
  • Partner with colleagues in Sales, Client Success and Finance to provide seamless support during the renewal journey
  • Identify and manage client stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with key individuals across multiple levels (primary contact, procurement, accounts payable/receivable, legal, etc.)
