In this role, you will be expected to act as both a player and a coach, while you devise and lead Onspring’s analyst relations strategy. Coming into this position, your first order of business is to develop a phased analyst relations roadmap by identifying analyst firms to target, analysts within each firm to target, desired goals and outcomes, and execution plan. Following strategy creation, you will be responsible for execution: aligning internal stakeholders, crafting narratives, orchestrating briefing content, and coaching message delivery of both content and presentation style. You will be responsible for gaining the attention of analysts, scheduling calls, and building positive relationships. This role requires both strategic skills and the ability to execute.

We do not expect you to be a subject matter expert in any of the areas we support (e.g. risk, audit, IT, compliance, etc.), but we do expect you to be able to learn and comprehend these functions within a business.

Working as part of the marketing team, we will collaborate with you on story ideas based on the overarching content strategy and goals. We will educate you on the subject matter and provide creative direction for the long-format content needed.
