In addition to incorporating AI into the Onspring platform, our robust APIs have allowed us to team up with other forward-thinking companies like Black Kite and Ascent, who also leverage AI tools.

By teaming up with Black Kite, our clients can parse documents in seconds with cyber-aware AI and map content to fifteen commonly supported compliance frameworks, including NIST, GDPR and more. Our joint solution also provides a natural language processing (NLP) model that correlates vendor cybersecurity findings to fifteen industry regulations and standards, all while understanding over 130 languages.

Onspring’s combined solution enables an AI engine to review and assess tens of thousands of regulatory documents. Regulatory changes are then surfaced and summarized, based on the business’ regulatory profile. This streamlined process can save you hundreds of hours of searching, enabling your organization to quickly operationalize critical regulatory change.

AI Governance

Onspring integrates AI into our products with care, prioritizing research, governance and privacy. Our AI Governance Council meets regularly and includes key stakeholders from across the business to ensure that our internal and external AI applications minimize risk and maximize client benefits. The Council emphasizes privacy and security, fairness, ethics and accountability. It is also responsible for ensuring compliance with AI-related regulations.

If AI isn’t on your radar right now, no worries. Onspring does not require you to use AI functionality if it’s not right for your business. By default, AI is turned off, and you can switch it on whenever you’re ready. You can also enable AI capabilities in Onspring by use case, so you choose what works for you and your company.

Finally, we do not aggregate any client data for AI training or other AI purposes. Your data will always remain private to your Onspring instance.
