Onspring has always been a people-first organization. That’s why due to the increase in company-wide travel restrictions and recommended precautions from the CDC regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have made the necessary decision to convert Connect 2020: Destination Inspiration into a safe & engaging virtual event. We’re looking forward to a fantastic, worthwhile conference the week of August 10, 2020—same great content, plenty of virtual networking and special surprises.

What is the virtual Connect 2020: Destination Inspiration?

Our annual, in-person Connect user conference has shifted to an online event for 2020. Hosted on a digital community platform, the multi-day event will still bring together Onspring users and experts to share information and inspiration designed to transform business processes for the better. Just as we would during an in-person event, our virtual event will still showcase training and innovative ways that our vast array of customers have discovered Onspring’s incredible automation benefits for workflows, processes and data.

There will be a combination of live and on-demand content peppered with networking opportunities and personal consultations.

What is the cost to attend Connect 2020?

If you are an Academy Pack holder, great news! Connect 2020 is already included in your Onspring Academy Pack. You’re ready to roll into our virtual Connect 2020 with access to accredited CPE content.

Tickets for this year’s event are $795 each and include a total of 4 seats for the virtual event. That’s right, one ticket = four seats, which means you and three colleagues have access on-demand presentations, live networking events, swag bag and accredited, CPE content.

How do I register?

Glad you asked! All pass types need to register here.  This is also where guests of registered attendees can sign-up for their virtual guest pass.

What is included with a virtual guest pass?

All registered Connect attendees receive 3 more seats to the virtual user conference for FREE. This means that 3 of your colleagues can have access to Connect 2020 sessions, networking and CPE credits at no extra cost to your company. Virtual guest passes do NOT include the optional admin training.

All guests will need to register and select “Virtual Conference Guest Pass” as the Registration Type and “Registered Attendee Guest” for the Payment Type. Guests also need to include the name of the primary ticket holder on their registration form.

I registered for the live Connect 2020 event. What happens to my registration?

For all registrants who already paid to attend the in-person Connect 2020 (and are not using their Onspring Academy Pack), you have three options. You can choose to:

  1. Attend our virtual Connect 2020 with access to accredited CPE content as planned
  2. Transfer your registration to next year’s event, Connect 2021
  3. Request a full refund

BONUS! When you choose to attend Connect 2020 as planned, your paid ticket now includes three virtual guest passes FREE. This means three of your colleagues can have access to Connect 2020 content, networking and CPE credits at no extra cost to your company.

When is the virtual Connect 2020?

The online conference opens Monday August 10 with a 10th anniversary celebration in addition to live training, product updates, on-demand customer showcases, live breakout sessions, virtual happy hours and much more that continues through Friday, August 15, 2020. Agendas will be sent to registrants via email.

Will all of the live Connect 2020 content be in the virtual version?

Short answer? Yes. We are rescheduling all of the planned content—training, labs, breakouts, keynotes and on-demand presentations— to be accessed in full during the course of Connect 2020. Our plan is to roll out fresh content each day while giving you access to any previous content you may have missed.

Will there be a Connect users conference in 2021? Will it be in person?

Yes! We are already looking forward to being together again in person for Onspring Connect 2021 scheduled for September 20-22 in Orlando, Florida.

Can I roll over my registration to next year’s Connect conference?

Yes! If you’ve already paid for your Connect 2020 registration and would rather roll it over to Connect 2021 September 20-22 in Orlando, Florida, you may do so by contacting Emily Figg, emily.figg@onspring.com before July 31, 2020.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation for Connect 2020?

All hotel reservations made by our attendees at the JW Marriot for Connect 2020 have been cancelled without any cancellation fees to you. Please note: if you have booked airline tickets or additional travel arrangements for Connect 2020, you are responsible for cancelling those reservations on your own.

Do I need to cancel my flights?

Yes, you will need to contact your airline to cancel your flights for the live event in Orlando.

How can I receive updates for Connect 2021?

If you registered for Connect 2020, you’re already on our list to receive exciting updates as plans develop for the return of our in-person event for Connect 2021!
