Can I purchase extra items or support later?
Yes. You can purchase additional items, such as non-production instances, file storage, training seats, SMS messages, or IP firewall restriction rule changes later if these elements become needed.
Are user or product licenses included in my platform purchase?
No. Users and products are licensed separately from the Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze platform levels.
What are support team hours?
Onspring system administrative support is available Monday through Friday from 7am – 7pm Eastern / 4am – 4pm Pacific for Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels. Platinum level clients have access to 24×7 support from Onspring.
