Can policies be published directly from Onspring to SharePoint?

Yes. With Onspring policy management software, policies can be published directly to SharePoint or other sites, such as your intranet. Our open API also allows integration with your favorite tools and data repositories, including Google Drive.

Where can we keep track of testing procedures?

It’s common practice for customers using Onspring policy management software to design dashboards with multiple reports from different data sets, each filtered by the individual user. This setup eliminates confusion by allowing control testers to log in directly to their assigned policy and control testing activities within Onspring.

If we want to request all staff read and acknowledge a policy within Onspring, would each user need a license?

No. Onspring’s policy management software includes a survey feature that can be used to send policy attestations to your staff. This allows any end user to complete the policy review request without needing to log in as a registered user.

Can we manage policy sections, such as Definitions, Standards, Procedure information, etc.?

Yes. With Onspring’s policy management tool, separate policy elements can be managed, including Policies, Areas and Sections. Hierarchical reporting lets you track and report on any of these levels for complete policy visibility and compliance.

Can we implement Onspring’s policy management software ourselves?

Yes. You can implement Onspring’s policy management tool on your own once a designated administrator completes training. However, most customers choose to have Onspring implement it for them, as implementation services are included with certain GRC Suite licensing models.

Does Onspring’s policy management software integrate with other business systems?

Yes. Onspring policy management software supports integration with systems like DocuSign, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Slack and many more. You can further expand Onspring’s capabilities by connecting it with other systems through the Onspring API.
