This release focuses on enhancing the user experience with updates to the user interface – offering improved usability, navigational elements and user interface controls.

In version 29, every facet of the Onspring interface has been redesigned to offer an improved user experience, whether users are accessing via a desktop or mobile device. Updated administration interfaces now match the end-user design while the controls remain intuitive – enabling admins to easily configure projects. Onspring’s new vibrant dashboard features eye-catching charts, key metrics, calendars and maps. The dashboard also draws more attention to filters, enabling better personalization.   • Navigation Menu Position: The Onspring platform is loaded with personalization elements, enabling users to tailor their experience to their own preferences. In v29, users can control the position of the navigation menu, moving it to the top of the screen to maximize the width of dashboards, reports and content, or leaving it on the left-hand side in a collapsed or expanded state.
  • Built-In Dashboard Titles: Version 29 includes new built-in dashboard titles that make it easy to label dashboards in an eye-catching format. When configuring dashboard titles, users can apply their organization’s brand color palette to enhance user comfort and adoption. Dashboard titles are also included with exported dashboards, along with the organization’s logo (if uploaded to Onspring).
  • Improved Message Status Management: In version 29, administrators have new controls for enabling and disabling messages in bulk fashion, which can help prevent unwanted delivery. This can be helpful if users need to suppress email delivery for testing or packaging purposes or if they want to turn on all messages for an app or survey at once.
  • Message Status Control via Packaging: While packaging app or survey configurations from a source instance to a target instance, version 29 provides the ability to bulk-set the status of email bodies and workflow emails. Users can leave the statuses “as-is” based on their configuration in the source instance or can set them all to enabled or disabled.
