Michelle Randall to Spearhead New Market Opportunities in the Enterprise, Federal and State Local Education (SLED) Markets for GRC Automation Software Leader

She will lead the company’s marketing department and drive growth marketing strategies and customer success initiatives as the organization expands into new markets. The B2B technology veteran joins Onspring’s executive leadership team at an inflection point in the company’s growth trajectory after rapid expansion over the past year from its leading GRC software and entry into the federal market, recently earning FedRAMP authorization for its Onspring GovCloud.

Prior to joining Onspring, Michelle held CMO positions at Playvox, Splashtop Inc., Procare Solutions and Serenova, where she developed high-performing teams to execute growth marketing strategies and built strong pipelines and revenue, along with customer community and loyalty. She also served as vice president of marketing and analytics at Comcast Business and has held marketing leadership positions at numerous businesses – from early-stage start-ups to leading global organizations. Michelle earned her MBA at the University of Denver and undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is a former board member and vice chairwomen for Dress for Success Denver and believes in giving back through mentoring women to help them achieve business success.
