Yes. You can purchase additional items, such as non-production instances, file storage, training seats, SMS messages, or IP firewall restriction rule changes later if these elements become needed.

Data usage varies across our client base based upon the scope and uses or programs managed in Onspring. We recommend the Gold level for most enterprises, as it aligns data limits to the typical needs of similar-sized clients. Keep in mind, you are always able to add additional storage as your needs change.

No. Users and products are licensed separately from the Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze platform levels.

Onspring system administrative support is available Monday through Friday from 7am – 7pm Eastern / 4am – 4pm Pacific for Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels. Platinum level clients have access to 24×7, anytime support from Onspring.
