If so, Onspring is looking for you. We’re hiring an experienced Product Designer with a passion for forward-thinking design and the ability to set/hold a high standard. A Product Designer will own features from vision through launch, including requirement review, design, prototyping, and creating product specifications. Onspring is intensely focused on UI/UX and performance, and all members of our team must share this passion. Ideally, you would be collaborative, smart, positive, and fit in with a team striving to be better every single day. We’re a highly client-focused team and company. Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, services, and clients to represent the product team, facilitate design discussions, and ensure design quality.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to define features.
• Design prototypes, and create product specifications for your features.
• Work closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure a high-quality implementation.
• Work in close collaboration with Design Leadership to inform and improve our design processes.
• Lead by example – do phenomenal work and help build a better product.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in an individual contributor role, on a software Product Design team.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Experience with prototyping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong eye for detail
• Ability to welcome all feedback.
• Ability to fit within a startup culture that celebrates efficiency and driving impact.
• Not afraid to fail but is driven by success.

Nice to Have:

• Prototyping experience in Axure or similar prototyping tools
• Experience defining product requirements.
• Experience in designing SaaS B2B software products
